Nick has been a Dietitian for 25 years and his gastroenterology interests have formed a large component of these years.   Nick started working as a Dietitian at Flinders Medical Centre where he worked for 12 years as a gastroenterology Dietitian and in ICU. When Nick started his private practice, he continued to see gastroenterology patients at the newly created SA Group of Specialist rooms at Flinders Private Hospital when they first opened in 2000.

Nick is still consulting in these Flinders Private rooms and now also at the Western Hospital rooms where he continues to see patients with gastroenterological and other nutritional needs. Nick also has an interest in pancreatic disease nutrition and was a member of the team that wrote the original and review Australasian guidelines for the management of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency.
